The Airport Operations Centre (APOC) is the result of a European initiative aimed at aligning planning and communication among airports to reduce delays. Schiphol is developing its own digital tools for their APOC, which are used to synchronize issues and data between sector partners, support daily briefings, and generate a daily Airport Operations Plan (AOP).
